May 18: Queer Country Social Dance in Boston (JP)

 GFP Boots LogoCome on down for our next Saturday Social Dance on May 18. Get into that swimsuit a fun way with two-step, west and east coast, waltz, line dance and more. Coming off of our Spring Stomp, we’re itching to try out some of our fancy new moves and line dances.

New to dancing? Don’t you fret none, just come for basic lesson starting at 7 pm and a line dance lesson at 7:30 pm. Dancing starts at 8 pm. Bring your loved one (or find one) for a non-alcoholic night of socializing and dancing. No partner required.

In addition to our  April 20 dance we have Stomp 2013!, our weekend hoedown in Provincetown, and with Dirty Water Saloon on Tuesday nights, there’s plenty of opportunities to get some aerobic workouts to be ready for swimsuit season. With a month away from Stomp 2013!, our annual hoedown in Provincetown: April 26-28, we’ve been putting on the finishing touches: Friday night dance and Saturday workshops at the Paramount at the Crown & Anchor and Saturday night dance at Town Hall. New to dancing? We had a great turn out on March 16, with a lot of new faces so you won’t be alone. We have a basic lesson starting at 7 pm and a line dance lesson at 7:30 pm. Dancing starts at 8 pm. No partner necessary. Bring your loved one (or find one) for a non-alcoholic night of socializing and dancing.

February is the “Season of Love.” Well, what better way to celebrate than swinging a partner around the dance floor? Don’t have one, you can surely find one here (even if it’s just for a dance or two). New to dancing? Fret you not, we have basic dance lessons at the start of the night and we’ll be sure to have you out on the floor throughout.

RI Roadtrip to Dance Workshop with Solomon Singer

A few of us are going down to workshops lead by New York dance instructor Solomon Singer followed by a dance down at Studio One in Rhode Island.
