Make your plans now for Stomp, GFP’s annual hoedown which is held every spring in Provincetown, MA. Stomp 2012 will be held Friday, May 4 through Sunday, May 6.
Instructors Bob Hackney and Solomon Singer will be offering dance workshops you won’t want to miss. Add in evening dances and the beach atmosphere, and you’ve got a fabulous weekend getaway.

Dirty Water Saloon is open for dancing again, Tuesday nights at the Milky Way in Jamaica Plain. It’s great fun, with a line dance lesson every week, plus a 4-week West Coast Swing class starting on January 10. Cover is now $5.

One party we know of is Glitter: A HollaGAY New Year’s Dance Party that’s so cool it doesn’t even happen on new year’s eve. Mark your calendar for Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 8:00 PM and head out to the Milky Way Lounge at 284 Amory St, Jamaica Plain, MA. $8 advance, $10 cover at the door.
